|Old brick is a hodge podge of patches and is a good candidate for stucco.||Stucco will be be applied on metal lath on the new addition, and directly to the old brick on the old house. However, plenty of flex-con is used here in the mortar to assure a permanent bond|

|Round edge is made by using a one by two on the corner and filling in.||One by pulled off before applying the finish.
