Lath and plaster replaced White coat troweled smooth. 
Damaged edge of moldings filled 
and trued. 

This is an insurance project. Ceiling was damaged by a plumbing leak.

from La Habra stucco.

Finish is Real Portland Cement and Real  sand. Color is "Saddleback" from La Habra stucco.

This is what I mean by chipping old walls. The walls are painted with  a bonding agent and replastered. The walls are chipped here about every 6" 
to insure against failure. In the old days before plaster weld was invented, this is what they did.		 Ceiling has new blueboard. Walls and ceilings are coated with veneer basecoat plaster,  then finished with gauging plaster and lime.
