We re-coated the existing house and stuccoed the addition
FEMA style sand bags are filled to cushion the
Spanish tile roofs.
These tiles break easily if you walk on them. This sand bag method works. We haven't broken a tile.
The existing house, on the front will be recoated.
The addition on the back will have new stucco.
Arches are formed with masonite and filled in.

A screed is set about 5 feet high using a string line.
The wall is filled in between the screeds and rodded off.
