Plastering a new house

Door jambs are set before the plastering.
Top Left:
Base coat plaster is applied tight
to the door jamb. This fills the gap
between the jamb and the blue board
Top right:
White coat is applied flush to the jamb.
This ensures the trim will lay nice and flat.
Bottom left:
Another room finished.

This wall had plastic siding.We easily
ripped it off with our bare hands. |

Brown coat on the elliptical ceiling.
It is hand tooled to avoid using a metal
corner bead. They tend to rust and
split. |
