The National Cathedral is one of the tourist attractions in Washington. The start was dedicated by Theodore Roosevelt in 1903, and the last stone was dedicated by Bill Clinton. Construction took nearly 100 years. Outside of the building is cut limestone. |
The outside stucco on this
house is incredible. The stucco on this circa 1929 house is portland cement stucco on masonry. The walls are as straight as they get. Note the decorative band, also portland cement, run in place. |
