Chimney restuccoed. Finish coat is REAL white portland cement and REAL sand.

Lack of a kick out flashing under this roof intersection caused severe rot.

One coat stucco is less than 10 years old and already caused severe rot.

Old stucco re coated in Capitol Hill

Old blah looking stucco had been patched up but was still stuck on the wall, for the most part.
We put on a new basecoat using an acrylic bonder in the mortar.
Natural cement finish was colored with paint tint. Color is "silverpointe" from Sherwin Williams.
This was a beautiful job, but my pictures are terrible. I hope you can see what is going on through the trees, fence, etc.
