Old stucco had been re coated using a chemical bonder and two coats of mortar. Stucco failed due to lack of roof coping.

Stucco is stripped down to the stone.

Counter flashing put on first

Counter flashing put on first. Portland cement mortar is mixed using half flexcon and half water.

Turn of the century clapboard house was stuccoed in the 1960's.

The reasons the stucco failed is the lath wasn't galvanized, and the lath was flat and not self furring.
