Here's how we did it:

plaster was coming loose from the wood lath.

fwallpaper was removed

Wallpaper was put on in 1936 by WBR. All the wallpaper was removed before we got there, except for walls we obviously had to demo. How they put wallpaper on the ceiling, I don't know.

Door was filled in with new framing

Door was filled in with new framing. The outside wall had sagged, and was pulled back into place with a come along, and bolted.

Wall that needed additional bracing was covered with 3/8 OSB.

We covered all the floors with plastic, Ram board, and drop cloths.

Clean up is simple with the floors covered extra good. Old floors are left without a scratch.
