Testimonies
Just a few of many testimonies from satisfied customers:

Mr Bullard did a fantastic job of stuccoing new construction for me. He took longer than expected because he is a perfectionist and he put on so many layers to assure quality work. He was eager to explain the why's and how's of what he does in a way that was interesting and that I could understand. He solved on site problems quickly and creatively. Seeing how he works with his team also inspired confidence. I am so very glad I did not take the cheap option. |

I am a GC located in Pittsburgh, Pa and could not find a local installer capable or willing to apply a speciality stucco system on a major addition to match a century + old pebble dash stucco. He drove up, reviewed the job and gave me an extremely fair price. Had to wait for his schedule to open up but worth the wait. High quality, perfect match and extremely efficient with the install. Can not recommend RT enough. Homeowners delighted so I’m pleased. |

We found mold inside a wall when removing drywall. Reggie came out and told us exactly what we needed and why, which was to eliminate the leak near the chimney cap in the stucco. His crew installed needed flashing that the builder failed to install, and then they applied stucco. He saved us a ton of money by telling us that existing stucco did not need to be replaced. He is honest. Reggie is very knowledgeable and friendly. |

Absolutely outstanding! They were right on time just like they said they would be. Stucco work can be a very messy job and they kept everything incredibly clean. These guys are a first rate company. I have used them for over 15 years and they always give me a fair price. |

Mr. Bullard did a fantastic job on our home! He really understands the problems of EIFS and was able to manage the repairs to the structure of the house with ease. He consulted with us about the color choices for the stucco and the style choices for its application. Once this was done, he and his team worked carefully, efficiently, and skillfully to get the job done. Mr. Bullard is professional and takes great pride in his work. The house looks better than it ever did before. It is truly a work of art. We would recommend him to anyone who needs stucco work, particularly if you are having problems with EIFS and considering its replacement. Mr. Bullard is an artist, and you will definitely get your money's worth. Description of work: Replaced the worn synthetic stucco (EIFS) on our home with real stucco siding. The house was constructed 18 years ago, and there was water damage and rot underneath the EIFS that required removal and repair, as well as flashing around the windows that had never been done. |

We called Reggie based on his reviews in Angie's List. He showed up when he said he would to perform the estimate, and demonstrated an immediate understanding of the scope of our job. He sent the estimate promptly and it was very reasonable. We hired him immediately with the understanding that he would not be available to start the job for at least three months. It ended up being four months but Reggie was communicative about where we were in the pipeline and available to answer our questions. When the team did begin, they started early in the mornings and worked all day in the cold, except when the weather was bad and would have impeded with the construction materials. We were slow to pick a color and then didn't like the first few samples Reggie provided. He patiently kept delivering new samples to us. The project was delayed due to this, some miscommunication between Reggie and the color vendor and also the fact that he was juggling our job with another larger job. In all, the project took about seven weeks, which was 1-2 weeks longer than expected but not a huge deal. In the end, the job came out beautifully. Reggie came back a few days after finishing to take photos and ended up staying on to reseal a few sections because he wasn't pleased with how the stucco looked in a few places. He takes real pride in his work. |

Great work for a hard to find service. Reggie was knowledgable and very professional, fit us into the schedule since we were a small job and got the work done in the time he said he would. |

The price was extremely reasonable in comparison to the cost of redoing a faux stucco finish and in comparison to the other DC metro area companies that claim they do the traditional cement stucco finish. A year later, and I absolutely love the traditional cement stucco siding on my home. Reggie and his crew were very professional. I would absolutely highly recommend RT Bullard for all exterior stucco & interior plaster work. Description of work: Reggie and his crew completely redid the entire siding of my split-level modern style hacienda home with a traditional 3-step cement stucco finish. My home was originally covered with an ugly faux stucco finish that was costly to maintain. The crew did an awesome job prepping my home for the new siding. The work was extensive, and Reggie's crew did a great job making sure everything went as quickly and smoothly as possible |

Our house has stucco over concrete which someone painted before we bought it. It was peeling and we did not like the color. Reggie and his crew put new stucco on the entire house. This was a big job and took several weeks. It looks fantastic. |

RT Bullard removed EIFS (dryvit) from three 35 foot exterior turrets on our home. The replacement material was stucco. We were quoted $80K and 55K for the exact same project by other companies. A thoroughly professional job from start to finish by Reggie and his crew. It is rare these days that construction work exceeds expectations but that is the case in this instance. |

The combination of good labor, organization, and quality work is almost impossible to find --- everyone says that they are but few deliver. R T Bullard and his crew were great on my very large commercial project. Thanks so much! |
Accolades for the site: |
I came across your website while searching fire pits on Saturday, before I had to finish a friends fire pit botched job. I’m not a plasterer or builder –was just helping out. This morning I still had the site open and I surfed it a bit. Impressive stuff! Especially the workmanship and the integrity of the work. The first page I visited(fire pit) was from 2013, so I was interested to see if you kept up the effort of showing your latest jobs. All I can say is good job! Your enthusiasm permeates the website. If you were in Cape Town South Africa your services would have been in high demand. I just wanted to commend you for your professionalism and passion. |

I just wanted to tell you that I have spent the past few hours pouring over your site and am probably more than half in love with you and your crew :) Wonderful work. Sadly, I am in Ontario Canada, but sure wish I could afford to fly you all here to fix up my 1881 Victorian Farmhouse. I ended up at your site while researching if it would be better to apply a coloured stucco over the existing painted stucco or scrape and repaint. Some unkind soul literally rolled some paint onto this beauty and called it a day. In a horrible colour, to boot. Anyways, thanks SO MUCH for all of the hard work you have put into your site. I'll be checking back repeatedly while I search for somebody with your values and ethics. |
