A few notes about this project :
EIFS is infested with starlings.
Starlings leave an irregular, somewhat round hole. Sparrows leave a very neat, very round hole.
Corners are chipped showing flimsy foam. Why anyone would put EIFS on a high traffic area, I don't know. This is typical of modern shopping centers.
EIFS is pulled off showing the bare block. Wall was hit by dry cleaning carts.
Outside corner is made by one person holding the rod, and the other filling in. This is another method for outside corners with no corner beads.
The Sherwin-Williams store was beat up with hand trucks.
Area with truck scrapes was covered over with lath and stucco. A band is made to hide the patch.
Patch is filled with 3/4 inch of mortar and finished. Later, the patch is painted by others.
