Old stucco stripped off Old stucco stripped off the old wall
so the wall would blend in with the addition.
The old stucco was in good shape,
we just tore it off so the whole wall would be uniform. Note how the circa 1930 sheathing
is still in like new condition, demonstrating
how real stucco protects the wood.
Compare with the 5 year old sheathing below that had EIFS garbage applied.
