in Vienna, Virginia
Chimney leaks real bad from the crown, and the flashing. We re-did the crown, the flashing, added a drip edge, and flagstone chimney shoulders. You may have seen how we do our chimneys before.
Moss is growing out of the cracks. The twisted minded competition coated the chimney with EIFS mesh and EIFS finish,
making deterioration worse,
Crown and drip band are finished first.
The finish texture matches on the money. The color is the leftover pastel
yellow from the house in Bethesda above, which coincidentally matched.
